What this covers

This policy explains what Aerovant Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Aerovant”, “we”) collects through aerovanttech.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive what you type into it: your name, work email, company, the requirement you select and your message. We do not ask for anything else, and we ask you not to include passwords, keys or other secrets.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, and a copy is recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet that we control. Both providers process the data on our behalf.

Why we can use it

We process what you send because you gave it to us to get a reply, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; we will then stop using it and delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, unless it becomes part of a contract, in which case we keep it for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it deleted, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to admin@aerovanttech.com. We reply within 30 days.

Grievance officer

For a complaint about how we handle your personal data, contact our grievance officer at admin@aerovanttech.com with the subject line “Data protection grievance”. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
